Titan Engine In 350z Empty Titan Engine In 350z

So i was doing my research and asked a couple guys(*cough* Chris Forsberg on his website, dont know if it was him or not) but i asked him about the VK titan engine being put into the 350z. He says that he doesnt recommend it for street use. Just because theres alot of things that need to be done to it to.

I have no clue if i want to do it. I dont feel like driving around one day and something goes wrong. even though it will always happen.

So i dont know any suggestions??

First look at the pros and cons. What is the primary use of your build? Are you willing to sacrifice the daily drivability of your vehicle for this application? Are you willing to pay at the pump? Also, it’s a whole new can of worms when it comes to maintenance. Me personally, I would get myself a point A to point B beater and use the Z as my project. That way if something does go wrong, I can have a back up ride that will still get me around. Not to mention, what are you looking to spend. Unlike the car specific mods that have various price ranges, a new engine swap complete with mating all the right stuff may run you a lil lean in the pocket area. Personally, I love the ideal. If the conditions were optimal for me, I would not hesitate. But, unlike the sponsored and rich and filthy of the world we daily drivers are a lil more in tune with reality when it comes to a build. So look at it from a reality perspective. Compare what kind of mods you can do for the same price. Think about the future of your ride and ask yourself.

i dont know but ive always (4 months and counting) wondered what would happen if u twin turboed a 350z and added a sts rear mount turbo. i wonder what would happen lol just random thinking.

i think wat i want out of my 350z is high hp of course but alway more torque out of it too.
